Poster Presentation Time

• Each poster session is 45-minute long on Tuesday, February 21, 2023:

  • 14:30-15:15 by presenters with odd numbers (P-01, 03, 05…)

  • 15:15-16:00 by presenters with even numbers (P-02, 04, 06…)

 

Poster Setup and Removal

• [Set up] On February 21 morning starting at 8:30 in the second floor Reception Hall.

• [Removal] On February 21 at 16:00 right after the closure of the Poster Session.

• Posters will be mounted on a display board that will be provided.

• Pushpins will be provided to mount your poster on the display board.

• Any poster not removed by 16:30 of February 21 will be destroyed.

• There is no poster printer at the venue. Allow enough to prepare and print your own poster, and bring it to the venue by yourself.

 

Poster Layout and Format

• Each poster presenter will be provided with a 1,200 mm (width) x 1,800 mm (height) poster board (large enough for an A0-format poster) and an ample supply of pushpins.

• The board will be labeled with the preassigned poster presenter number (P-xx) in the upper left corner (100mm (width) x 60 mm (height)).

• Please observe that all posters should have a portrait layout in order to fit the poster board, ideally printed in A0-size (841 mm (width) x 1189 mm (height)).
